Congenital malformations of urogenital tract are relatively frequent. External malformations could be straightly noticed, while internal ones could be diagnosed only after congenital malformations produce obstructive disoders with consequences, like infection or urinary calculi. In this paper, the most frequent anomalies as well as those wich appear rarely are presented. The basic data and the basic principles of surgical treatment are also discussed. Minimal invasive procedures and reconstruction at any costs, must be used wherever it is possible in order to preserve a valuble tissue of kidney parenchyma. An endoscopic inserting of "double J" prothesis is in attempt to solve the problem of hydronephrosis. The surgical procedure must include the reconstruction in order to preserve the rest of kidney parenchyma wich is precious for future life of child. Today there is tendency to resolve the most urinary calculus by using non operative procedures. In genital malformations it is advisible, due to psychological consequences, to perform surgical procedure at the most convenient for child and contemporary medical postulates.
